The republic of Slovenia is a country, situated on the Adriatic Sea, bordering Italy on the west side, Austria from the north, Croatia to the south and southeast and Hungary from the northeast. This country is a member of NATO and European Union. Its capital is Ljubljana and it is also the largest city in the country. The country has a very good climate with sub-Mediterranean climate and the North West area having the Alpine climate. The country is rich in water and forests. Over half of the country is covered with forest. The country has a very good chain of the rivers and obviously the best aquifer system. Talking about the places and tourist spots in Slovenia, there are many. You can spend your best holiday in Slovenia. If you are travelling to Slovenia, you should know the basic tourist places where you must visit with your family. 

These tourist spots are capable enough to attract any tourist. The country with filled with the Alps, including the eastern Alps, Julian Alps. Postojna caves
These caves are perfect for family and tourist. Covering the area of about 4 kilometers of regulated passage, you will reach the cave, where you will find an amazing head trip through the shining stalactites and stalagmites of various shapes and colour. There is a special electric train for the journey of this cave, which is really amazing. You can also see the famous human flesh, Proteus anguinus. 

Piran                  
Piran is an old sea port at the terminus of the Piran peninsula with a mediaeval pattern. You can truly see the beauty of Vatican architecture. We all know that Vatican architecture is very famous around the world. You can also get the taste of the seafood from the nearest restaurants. 


Lake bled
